Ingredients:
1 lb shelled steamed edamame
1 t salt
1 T chopped garlic
Oil to taste (2T?)
1 T lime juice
1 t sugar

Preparation:
Place ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree to desired consistency! Serve with pita, crackers, tortilla chips and/or fresh veggies for dipping.
