Education Corner Update


Thanks to an incredible donation to Henry Got Crops from the Pennsylvania Horticulture Society we now have cooking supplies for our summer program. Interns will be learning how to make dishes from the ingredients they've harvested in the field so get ready for some tasty pesto, lacto-fermented pickles and even carrot popsicles. Yummy. We'll make sure we write down our recipes and get them into the newsletter.
