1 tbls olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 bunch nettles, chopped
Salt to taste.
Heat olive oil in skillet. Add chopped garlic, sauté 2 minutes. Add nettles. Sauté until just wilted, 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt as desired.
